Small unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) have proliferated over the past decade. Railroad photographers jumped on the aerial bandwagon because the elevation provided by drones affords a radically new perspective.

In this program, Mike Yuhas provides a brief overview of drones and how they work, licensing requirements, photo aesthetics, and more.

Don’t miss this free on-line program. Tell your friends to register as well.

The program is available via your web browser or via telephone.

  • Web Browser: Once you register, a link is provided for you to click to join the meeting at the appointed time. There is a chat room available for discussion during the program and to submit questions.  A microphone and web camera on your computer or tablet are not necessary for participation, though they may be helpful if you want to interact directly during the question and answer session.  Please mute your microphone after connecting to minimize background noise.
  • Telephone:  Once you register there are numbers provided for you to call in to at the appointed time.  If you do not have free or unlimited phone service there may be a charge.  Please mute your phone after connecting to minimize background noise.

Once you register instructions will be emailed to you on how to get on-line and participate.

This will be a monitored, managed on-line session.
